ReclameVoos
ReclameVoos was created to solve a very specific problem: millions of passengers are entitled to compensation for delays, cancellations, overbooking, missed connections, and lost baggage — but almost no one knows where to start. The rules (ANAC 400, EU Regulation, UK261, SHY Passenger) are complex, vary by region, and are often applied by airlines in ways that feel opaque.
Our challenge was to turn this legal universe into a 100% web-based experience that’s simple and trustworthy: a website where passengers quickly understand their rights, estimate compensation values, and open a full claim in just a few clicks — no app downloads, no endless forms, and no upfront cost.

Solution, impact and results
ReclameVoos was designed to be straightforward: users arrive via Google or referral, understand in seconds they’re in the right place, and are guided to simulate or open their claim. From there, the website handles the flow: flight details, required documents, terms acceptance, and case tracking — all in one responsive experience, optimized for mobile even in the browser.
In practice, this means more people can exercise their rights without fear of legal processes, without legal jargon, and without financial risk. For the business, the website becomes the heart of the operation: the entry point for new cases, the relationship channel with passengers, and a foundation for educational content that positions ReclameVoos as an expert in flight compensation.

A quick form to start a new claim by entering origin, destination, and flight details — guiding passengers to understand whether they’re eligible for compensation.
A full rights hub with dedicated pages for delays, cancellations, overbooking, no-show, missed connections, lost baggage, ANAC 400, and international regulations.

A complete hub with FAQs, articles, and news explaining passenger rights, required documents, and what to do in common travel situations.
ReclameVoos as a flight compensation specialist
ReclameVoos positions itself as a passenger rights specialist: more than just submitting a claim, the website teaches — clearly — when to file, which documents to keep, which regulations apply, and what qualifies as a delay, cancellation, overbooking, no-show, missed connection, or baggage issue.
The project organized this content into clear pages, thematic sections, FAQs, and news, connecting everything to the case-opening flow. As a result, the brand becomes a trusted reference for people who want to understand the rules — and, most importantly, receive the compensation they’re entitled to without facing airlines alone.

A web platform to open and track claims

“We wanted a website that speaks the passenger’s language, not legal jargon. The product and experience work organized our content, made the claim flow clearer, and significantly increased trust for first-time visitors. Today, ReclameVoos is remembered as a reference for both information and flight compensation — and the website is the center of that relationship.”
