Elix Finance
Elix is a Brazilian credit fintech that needed to organize a massive ecosystem of products into a single experience: personal and business digital accounts, FGTS, credit, insurance, consortia, installment boletos, leasing, receivables advances, and much more. The challenge was to turn this universe into a coherent, clear, and trustworthy flow — both for everyday users and for internal teams and partners.
We worked from navigation architecture to the final experience: the institutional website, product pages, iOS and Android apps, a web platform for businesses and credit teams, and a strong educational content layer. All of it with consistent visuals, aligned copy, and journeys that speak directly to what the customer is looking for — whether they arrive via Google search or directly through the app.



Solution, impact and results
From the start, the goal with Elix wasn’t just to launch another banking app — it was to create a platform that connects credit, FGTS, Pix, insurance, consortia, and business solutions in one experience. The digital account is the entry point, but the journey was designed to guide users to the right product for their life stage or business moment.
For businesses, Elix positions itself as a growth partner: receivables advances, Bolepix for installment payments via Pix, financing, leasing, and consortia. For individuals, the focus is the digital account, FGTS, worker credit, insurance, and a points program. Everything with a consistent interface, accessible language, and streamlined flows — reducing friction and increasing conversion into higher-value products.

A full digital account for individuals and businesses, with 100% online opening, card management, detailed statements, payments, and transfers in just a few taps. 
A dedicated FGTS and benefits hub: balance checks, Saque-Aniversário advances, and direct integration with secured credit offers — all explained in plain language. 
A credit hub with options like Worker Credit, payroll loans, FGTS-backed loans, financing, and business operations — with guided simulations and clear steps.

A complete Pix payments experience: send, receive, Pix Copy & Paste, scheduling, QR codes, and integration with charges and payment links for businesses. 
Integrated insurance offerings — phone, bike, income protection, and more — with digital checkout, clear coverage explanations, and policy tracking.

Our product and experience work gave shape to that universe, making it understandable for end users.
In the project, we structured flows for individuals and businesses, organized the communication of each product, designed dedicated areas for partners, and built a solid foundation so new services can be added without breaking the experience. Elix grows as a brand, platform, and operation without losing clarity at the point of use.

Elix marketing was designed to be strong in organic search: product pages, help areas, blog content, and dedicated landing pages were structured to answer real questions from people searching for credit, FGTS, digital accounts, insurance, and business solutions on Google.
This strategy generates a steady stream of qualified new users who arrive through content and are guided to the app or account opening. Visual and copy narratives remain consistent across touchpoints, reinforcing Elix’s trust and authority as a financial platform.
